Why is it key to choose your date in advance for a destination wedding?

Something many don't consider when planning their destination wedding 🤍
The best dates... end quickly.
And that's no exaggeration.
When we talk about beachfront destinations—like Cancun, Riviera Maya, or Los Cabos—there are seasons and weekends that are in high demand. Dates such as long weekends, months with better weather, or "ideal" seasons for weddings are usually booked well in advance, sometimes more than a year.
This means that if you leave the planning for later, the hotel you dreamed of may no longer be available… or you may have to adjust your date to what is available.
Planning ahead changes the whole experience
Starting early isn't just about "beating" others…
It's about giving you the opportunity to choose.
Choose the place you really like.
Choose the date that has meaning for you.
Choose without pressure.
In addition, it allows you to have more hotel options, better spaces within the resort itself, and an experience much more aligned with what you imagine.
